The most inexplicable stories. The most mysterious events of the 20th century. Giant stone spheres whose purpose is unclear

Some people encounter miracles all the time, for others these are fairy tales, however, paranormal things happen in our lives, and this is the same reality as, say, rain or snow, which seem so ordinary to us. (website)

Alien artifacts

On the evening of January 29, 1986, a strange event occurred near the Far Eastern town of Dalnegorsk. A large luminous “meteorite” crashed into the hill at great speed. The top of this hill is visible here from all corners of the city, so almost all local residents witnessed something mysterious. Later, lights resembling welding began to burn on the hill. Heavy snowfall in January did not allow us to immediately approach the glow, which lasted, as local residents say, about an hour. Only three days later, researchers managed to climb to the top and see strange fragments that had clearly melted under the influence of high temperatures. Surprisingly, at a distance of several centimeters from the fallen celestial body, the bushes and trees remained intact and unharmed.

The collision with the rock left many interesting artifacts, the chemical composition of which turned out to be extremely rare, if not completely atypical for the Earth. For example, balls and structures were found that resembled a mesh in their structure. Many of them had a high melting point, although they appeared to be plastic. Scientists have suggested that such chemical compounds are almost impossible to obtain under natural conditions on our planet. Then - what is this?..

Annabelle doll

These events formed the basis of the American horror film Annabelle. In 1970, an American student celebrated her birthday. Mom gave her a large antique doll, which she purchased at an antique store. A few days later, strange things began to happen. Every morning the girl carefully laid the doll on the bed in the apartment she rented with a friend. The toy's arms were at its sides, and its legs were stretched out. But by evening the doll took a completely different pose. For example, the legs were crossed and the hands were on the knees. The doll could also be seen in unexpected places in the home.

The girls came to the logical conclusion that during their absence, a stranger with a strange sense of humor visits the apartment. It was decided to conduct an experiment and seal the windows and door in such a way that the attacker would leave traces after the visit. Not a single trap worked, and strange things continued to happen to the doll. Moreover, bloody stains began to appear on the doll. Naturally, the police, who were involved a little later in this strange case, could not help the girls in any way. I had to turn to a medium. He said that once upon a time, a seven-year-old girl died on the site of this dwelling, whose spirit was playing with this doll, thereby giving some signs, for example, requests for help. But then something terrible began to happen to the doll.

One day, an acquaintance of theirs was visiting the girls. Suddenly a noise was heard from the next empty room. When the guys looked behind the door, there was no one in it, but on the floor. Suddenly the guy screamed and grabbed his chest. Blood stains appeared on his shirt. The chest was all scratched up. The girls left the apartment that same day and turned to the famous Warren esotericists, who study paranormal phenomena. It turned out that Annabelle is not just a doll, but some evil entity that took advantage of the girls’ trust. The Warrens performed a cleansing ceremony, after which creepy things no longer appeared in the apartment. The girls happily gave the doll itself to their saviors for eternal storage.

Rubber blocks

Over the past thirty years, mysterious artifacts have been regularly discovered on the shores of Europe. These are rectangular rubber blocks with rounded edges and the inscription “TJIPETIR”. It turned out that this word was the name of an Indonesian rubber plantation that existed at the beginning of the last century. But how can we explain the appearance of these products on the other side of the planet? Experts suggest that the plates are washed out from a sunken merchant ship.

But in this case, very mysterious oddities can be traced. Firstly, the plates appear in England, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, France, which indicates a huge number of blocks at the time of the shipwreck. Such an impressive consignment of cargo should be reflected in some archival documents, but none were found. Secondly, the rubber was made 100 years ago, but, to the surprise of researchers of this phenomenon, it was very well preserved. Are these platinums really from a parallel world?..

Mysterious murders at the Hinterkaifeck farm

In 1922, the mysterious murder of six people committed in the small village of Hinterkaifeck shocked the whole of Germany. And not only because the murders were committed with horrific cruelty.

All the circumstances surrounding this crime were very strange, even mystical, and to this day it remains unsolved.

More than 100 people were questioned during the investigation, but no one was ever arrested. Not a single motive that could somehow explain what happened was identified either.

The maid who worked in the house ran away six months ago, claiming that there were ghosts there. The new girl arrived just a few hours before the murder.

Apparently, the intruder had been on the farm for at least several days - someone was feeding the cows and eating in the kitchen. In addition, neighbors saw smoke coming from the chimney over the weekend. The photo shows the body of one of the dead, found in a barn.

Phoenix Lights

The so-called “Phoenix Lights” are several flying objects that were observed by more than 1,000 people on the night of Thursday, March 13, 1997: in the skies over the states of Arizona and Nevada in the United States and over the state of Sonora in Mexico.

Actually, two strange events happened that night: a triangular formation of luminous objects that moved across the sky, and several motionless lights hovering over the city of Phoenix. However, the latest US Air Force recognized the lights from the A-10 Warthog aircraft - it turned out that at that time military exercises were taking place in southwest Arizona.

Astronaut from Solway Firth

In 1964, the family of Briton Jim Templeton was walking near the Solway Firth. The head of the family decided to take a Kodak photograph of his five-year-old daughter. The Templetons assured that there was no one else in these swampy places except them. And when the photographs were developed, one of them revealed a strange figure peeking out from behind the girl’s back. The analysis showed that the photo had not been subject to any changes.

Falling body

The Cooper family just moved into their new home in Texas. In honor of the housewarming, a festive table was set, and at the same time they decided to take several family photos. And when the photographs were developed, a strange figure was revealed on them - it seemed that someone’s body was either hanging or falling from the ceiling. Of course, the Coopers didn’t see anything like this during filming.

Too many hands

Four guys were fooling around, taking pictures in the yard. When the film was developed, it turned out that out of nowhere one extra hand appeared on it (peeking out from behind the back of a guy in a black T-shirt).

"Battle of Los Angeles"

This photograph was published in the Los Angeles Times on February 26, 1942. To this day, conspiracy theorists and ufologists refer to it as evidence of extraterrestrial civilizations visiting Earth. They claim that the photo clearly shows that the beams of the searchlights are falling on the alien flying ship. However, as it turned out, the photo for publication was heavily retouched - this is a standard procedure that almost all published black and white photographs were subjected to for greater effect.

The incident itself, captured in the photo, was called a “misunderstanding” by authorities. The Americans had just survived the Japanese attack, and in general the tension was incredible. Therefore, the military got excited and opened fire on the object, which, most likely, was a harmless weather balloon.

Lights of Hessdalen

In 1907, a group of teachers, students and scientists set up a scientific camp in Norway to study a mysterious phenomenon called the Hessdalen Lights.

Björn Hauge took this photo one clear night using a shutter speed of 30 seconds. Spectral analysis showed that the object should consist of silicon, iron and scandium. This is the most informative, but far from the only photo of the “Lights of Hessdalen”. Scientists are still scratching their heads as to what it could be.

Time Traveler

This photo was taken in 1941 during the opening ceremony of the South Forks Bridge. The public's attention was attracted by a young man whom many considered a "time traveler" - due to his modern hairstyle, zip-up sweater, printed T-shirt, fashionable glasses and point-and-shoot camera. The whole outfit is clearly not from the 40s. On the left, highlighted in red is a camera that was actually in use at that time.

9/11 attack - South Tower woman

In these two photographs, a woman can be seen standing on the edge of the hole left in the South Tower after a plane crashed into the building. Her name is Edna Clinton and, not surprisingly, she ended up on the list of survivors. How she managed this is beyond comprehension, considering everything that happened in that part of the building.

Skunk monkey

In 2000, a woman who wished to remain anonymous took two photographs of a mysterious creature and sent it to the Sarasota County (Florida) Sheriff. The photographs were accompanied by a letter in which the woman claimed that she had photographed a strange creature in the backyard of her house. The creature came to her house three nights in a row and stole the apples left on the terrace.

UFO in the painting “Madonna with Saint Giovannino”

The painting “Madonna with Saint Giovannino” belongs to the brush of Domenico Ghirlandai (1449-1494) and is currently in the collection of Palazzo Vecchio, Florence. A mysterious flying object and a man watching it are clearly visible above Mary's right shoulder.

Incident at Lake Falcon

Another meeting with an alleged extraterrestrial civilization occurred at Lake Falcon on May 20, 1967.

A certain Stefan Michalak was relaxing in these places and at some point noticed two descending cigar-shaped objects, one of which landed very close. Michalak claims he saw the door open and heard voices coming from inside.

He tried to speak to the aliens in English, but there was no response. Then he tried to get closer, but came across “invisible glass”, which apparently served as protection for the object.

Suddenly, Michalak was surrounded by a cloud of air so hot that his clothes caught fire. The man received serious burns.

Bonus:

This story happened on the evening of February 11, 1988 in the city of Vsevolozhsk. There was a light knock on the window of the house where a woman who was fond of spiritualism lived with her teenage daughter. Looking out, the woman saw no one. I went out onto the porch - no one. And there were no footprints in the snow under the window either.

The woman was surprised, but didn’t think much of it. And half an hour later there was a bang and part of the glass in the window where the invisible guest was knocking collapsed, forming an almost perfectly round hole.

The next day, at the woman’s request, her Leningrad acquaintance, candidate of technical sciences S.P. Kuzionov, arrived. He examined everything carefully and took several photographs.

When the photograph was developed, the face of a woman appeared on it, peering into the lens. This face seemed unfamiliar to both the owner of the house and Kuzionov himself.

The pensioner gave the creature a child's name - “Alyoshenka”. “Alyoshenka” lived in the pensioner’s house for about a month.

Other people also saw Alyoshenka: Tamara Prosvirina’s daughter-in-law, as well as some acquaintances. Subsequently, Tamara Prosvirina was admitted to a psychiatric hospital due to worsening schizophrenia. In the end, the creature died, and the causes of death have not been definitively established; among them, death from improper feeding and lack of care or murder under unclear circumstances are most often indicated. Iron pillar in Delhi

Iron, the king of all metals, is used in almost everything from the foundation of a house to the chain on a bicycle. Unfortunately, iron cannot escape its fate, slowly turning into rust. Besides this phenomenal structure: The Iron Column from Delhi. 7 meters high and weighing more than 6 tons, this iron giant was able to resist corrosion for 1600 years! How did something made of 98% iron last so long? Scientists have found the answer to this question, but how ancient blacksmiths discovered this fact so many years ago still baffles archaeologists.

Faces of Belmes

Is it just me, or does that spot on the wall look like a person looking at you? This is one of the Belmes faces that were in the Pereira family home. For 20 years now, these faces have resembled men and women. They appear each time with a different facial expression. The strange thing is that the faces only stay in the house for a short time and then they disappear. Research has been conducted into what causes this effect. During one of them, a human body was dug up from under a house, but faces continued to appear. No answer was ever found.

Vanishing Lake

In May 2007, a lake in Patagonia, Chile, literally disappeared, leaving behind a 30-meter hole, icy mountains and dry land. This was not some small lake. The lake was 5 miles long! When geologists last examined the lake in March 2007, they found nothing strange. However, something happened during these 2 months that not only made the lake disappear, but also turned the river flowing from it into a small stream. Geologists wonder how such a large lake simply disappeared. This could have been due to an earthquake, although no tremors were observed in the region. Ufologists claim that it was a spaceship that dried up the lake. This mystery has never been solved.

Sticky rain

On August 7, 1994, residents of Oakville, Washington, were in for a surprise. Instead of the usual rain, people saw jelly falling from the sky. When this rain passed, almost everyone developed severe flu-like symptoms that lasted anywhere from 7 weeks to 3 months. Finally, after the mother of one of the city's residents fell ill after touching the substance, he sent a sample of it for testing. The results shocked all scientists. The drops contained human white blood cells. The substance was then taken to the State Department of Health in Washington for further testing. Here they discovered that the gelatin drops contained two types of bacteria, one of which was also present in the human digestive system. However, no one was able to identify the substance and how it was connected to the mysterious illness that was sweeping the city.

Donnie Decker

He was nicknamed Rain Boy in 1983. Donnie was visiting his friend when suddenly he went into a trance. Immediately, water began to flow from the ceiling and fog filled the room. His friends called the owner, who was disturbed by what he saw. Some time later, Donnie was sitting in a restaurant with his friends when the rain started pouring down on their heads. The restaurant owner immediately kicked him out onto the street. Years later, a minor infraction landed Donnie in jail, where he too caused chaos when it rained in his cell. After complaints from his fellow inmates, Donnie explained that he could make it rain at will, and promptly demonstrated this by dousing the guard on duty. Finally, he was released and found work as a cook at a local restaurant. Donnie's real whereabouts are unknown, as is the cause of the mysterious rain.

Sometimes the most incredible things happen on our planet. We are somehow accustomed to fantastic and mystical stories, so we don’t always believe in miracles. Mysterious phenomena happen in reality. There is irrefutable evidence of this. Just look at the megalithic structures scattered all over the planet! No matter what theories scientists put forward, they cannot explain their origin. There are other artifacts that also do not fit into existing theories and paradigms. Let's talk about them.

Ice woman

This story can surpass any other mysterious phenomena in its incredible improbability.

It was in Langby, Minnesota. It was a cold frosty day. The temperature dropped so low that it was scary to go outside. It was at such a time that Jean Hiliard, a nineteen-year-old girl, was discovered. She was completely frozen. The limbs did not bend, the skin froze. She was sent to the hospital. The doctors were amazed. The girl was an ice statue. The mystical phenomena demonstrated by the young organism were just beginning. The doctors were sure that the girl would die. And if the situation developed in a positive direction, she was threatened with amputation of limbs and a long, serious illness. However, after a couple of hours, Jean came to her senses and thawed out. She had no consequences from the “freezing”. Even the frostbite disappeared.

Delhi: Iron Column

Mysterious phenomena can occur with the most ordinary, at first glance, materials. Well, who can you surprise with iron these days? What if I tell you that it was made more than one and a half thousand years ago?

Of course, However, in Delhi there is a structure that already adorns the city. It is made of pure iron. This is a seven-meter high column. It is not subject to corrosion. Some experts believe that it could not have been made on earth in those days. Nevertheless, such an artifact exists. It must be indicated when describing it. The photo, unfortunately, does not reflect all the incredible majesty and significance of this structure. By the way, research has proven that the column is 98% iron. The ancient people were unable to obtain material of such purity. This is a complex technological process.

Carroll A. Dearing

Mystical phenomena often occur in the ocean. People have been talking about the “flying Dutchmen” for several centuries. Not all stories are true, of course. But there are also documented facts.

Thus, an interesting and mysterious fate befell the crew of the schooner named "Carroll A. Deering". It was discovered on the very last day of 1921. Since she gave the impression of a ship in distress, rescuers went to her. Their amazement, mixed with horror, is simply impossible to convey. There was not a single person on the schooner. But there were also no signs of distress or catastrophe. It looked as if the people had disappeared suddenly, without having time to understand what had happened. They just evaporated. They took with them personal belongings and the ship's log, although they left the cooked food at the place. No explanation has been found for this fact.

Hutchison effect

A person creates some mysterious phenomena with his own hands, without having any idea how it happens.

So, John Hutchison was a great fan of Nikola Tesla. He tried to reproduce his experiments. The results were as unpredictable as they were incredible. He received a fusion of metal with wood, small objects disappeared during the experiment. The most significant of the effects was levitation. The scientist was even more puzzled by the fact that he could not repeat the result, that is, some mystical, nonlinear events took place. NASA specialists tried to repeat the experiments, but to no avail.

Sticky rain

There were even more incredible, mysterious phenomena on Earth. One of these can safely be considered the extraordinary rain that fell on the residents of Oakville (Washington). Instead of drops of water, they found jelly. The mysteries didn't end there. All the residents of the town fell ill. They developed cold symptoms. We decided to investigate the jelly. White bodies, which are part of human blood, were found in it. Scientists have not been able to figure out how this could happen. In addition, two types of bacteria were recognized in the jelly, which did not explain the symptoms of the illness of the local residents. This phenomenon remains unsolved.

Vanishing Lake

Mysterious natural phenomena sometimes resemble the fiction of a science fiction writer. Neither mystics nor scientists can find an explanation for them. A lake in Chile threw up such a mystery in 2007. It was not a puddle with a loud name, but a fairly large body of water. It was five miles long! However, it disappeared without a trace! Two months earlier it was explored by geologists. No deviations were found. But there was no water. There were no earthquakes or other natural disasters, and the lake disappeared. Ufologists gave a more or less acceptable explanation for the event. According to their version, the aliens pumped him out and took him to their “unknown distances.”

Animals in stone

Some mysterious ones are millions of years old.

Thus, there are documented cases where frogs were found inside solid cobblestones. But we can still try to explain this. But the fact of the discovery of a turtle immured in concrete, where it lived for at least one year, is difficult to substantiate. This happened in Texas in 1976. The animal was alive and well. There were no cracks or holes in the concrete. However, this structure was poured a year ago. How and why the turtle existed in the air chamber all this time is not clear.

Donnie Decker

The existence of a boy who can generate water has been documented! His name was Donny. He could “make it rain” indoors. The first time this happened was when the boy was visiting. He entered a trance, causing water to pour from the ceiling and the entire room to be filled with fog. Another time this happened a few years later was when Donnie visited a restaurant. The owner was not impressed by the miracle and kicked the teenager out. But these two episodes could be called fiction. However, there was also a third case. It happened in prison, where Donnie ended up because the rain poured straight from the ceiling of his cell. Neighbors in the building began to complain. Donnie was not taken aback and once again demonstrated his abilities to the guards. It is unknown where he went after his release. They say he worked as a cook.

There are still many amazing things happening in the world. There are people who claim to have seen aliens. Others can sense the future. Still others see through walls. Schools have emerged and are thriving to develop superpowers in ordinary people. Probably, in order to “feel” this unknown, you need to believe in it. Then it will become clear that miracles exist! They are real!
