The outer coating of the devices is produced by electrophoresis followed by powder coating. The first layer is applied to the product with an acrylic primer (under the influence of high voltage current in a bath with paint dissolved in water). During this process, acrylic molecules and pigments are deposited on the product, forming a dense, thin and uniform paint film.
The coating obtained by electrodeposition has enhanced anti-corrosion properties and wear resistance. At the same time, the coating is uniform in thickness even on products of complex shape. The adhesion strength of the coating is very high, both with the base metal and with subsequent layers of paint, which means that the possibility of delamination and delamination is excluded. Polyester or epoxy-polyester powders are applied as a second layer in an electrostatic field, followed by heat treatment.
