Coffee

Each cup of tea is a perfectly balanced complex of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, biologically active substances that increase vitality and improve well-being. Tea is one of the main sources of natural antioxidants, due to the high content of biologically active substances - flavonoids and catechins. High antioxidant properties are inherent in all types of tea, regardless of the degree of processing of the tea leaf. Green tea contains more catechins, but black tea contains other biologically active substances that provide equally effective antioxidant activity

Last year, the international tea and coffee manufacturer Orimi-trade celebrated its 20th anniversary. Although, perhaps, not every lover and connoisseur of tea is familiar with the name of the brand, its brands are certainly well known in most states of the post-Soviet space. I'm talking, of course, about Princesses. "Princess Kandi", "Princess Noori", "Princess Gita", "Princess Java" - there is hardly any among lovers of an invigorating refreshing drink, at least one who has never tried tea from the "family of princesses".

However, the Orimi-trade company is not limited to "Princess" and is constantly expanding its range. Today, it is also represented on the market by Greenfied, TESS, Shah, Pearl of the Nile tea brands and Jockey and Jardin coffee brands - more than 350 names in more than 40 countries around the world. However, the company came to this, having overcome a long and thorny path, confirming its reputation with experience and the right decisions.

In 1994, Princess Kandy tea appeared on the shelves of Russian stores for the first time. At that time, the tea market was experiencing better times. Finding really high-quality and inexpensive tea seemed to be an almost impossible task. The appearance of the “Princess Kandy” was received with a bang by lovers of family tea parties. The sonorous name, beautiful packaging, and most importantly, an excellent price / quality ratio made the first product of Orimi-trade a very popular brand.

This success gave the company a remarkable impetus to development. Already next year, new "princesses" enter the market: "Princess Gita", "Princess Nuri" and "Princess Java", in neighboring Ukraine a subsidiary "Orimi-trade" is opened, actively developing the national market. The next stage of development was the development of Kazakhstan. In 1996, the first subsidiary of the Orimi company appeared there.

In subsequent years, the company actively and dynamically develops, increasing its market share. Teas of the "Princess" series are becoming popular and recognizable. Many families enjoy their favorite drink from the Orimi company every day. "Princess" harmoniously combines the charm and aroma of the East, pleasant astringency and excellent strength of tea, which makes them an indispensable attribute of evening tea drinking.

Do not forget in "Orimi" and coffee lovers. In 1999, the leader of the tea market launches Jockey coffee. And here the company does not change its principles and standards - to make high-quality goods available to most of our compatriots. Meanwhile, in the Leningrad region, the Orimi tea factory was founded, the first line of which was already launched on next year. Tea-packing production begins to function in Ukraine.

2001 brought many innovations. The Orimi factory is now also engaged in coffee production. Orimi specialists are the first in Russia to introduce an innovative system for the production of vacuum-packed ground coffee. Of course, this had a positive impact on the growth dynamics of the popularity and sales of the "Jockey". At the same time, the company opens a representative office in Moscow and a tea factory in Kyrgyzstan.

The dynamics of Orimi's development is increasing like a snowball. In 2002, an official representative office was opened in Belarus, and the national tea brand "Shah" was launched in Kazakhstan. The company's share in the coffee and tea markets is constantly growing, which leads to an increase in the production capacity of factories and the number of employees.

In the following years, Orimi-trade actively expanded geographically. Representative offices of the company appear in the regions of Russia. In 2003, tea lovers in Kazakhstan appreciated the new brand "Pearl of the Nile". Innovations continue to be introduced in production technologies. For the first time in Russia, Orimi starts producing coffee beans in special packages with a valve. An important achievement of the same year was an exclusive representation agreement with Greenfield Tea Ltd. So the first packages of Greenfield tea appeared on the shelves. This "Orimi-trade" pleased real tea gourmets. And today Greenfield remains one of the leading brands among elite teas. From the point of view of marketing, this move was very correct and timely: the crisis of the 90s was left behind, tea lovers turned their attention to more expensive varieties, and a new brand of elite tea with an original technological solution and a variety of flavors and blends quickly and very organically fit into the market.

In 2004, on the natural coffee market of the Russian Federation, the Jockey trademark takes first place as the best-selling brand.

In 2007, new elite brands of tea and coffee were introduced to the market: TESS and Jirdin, which quickly occupy a confident position in the niche.

Since 2005 Orimi Trade has been an active player in the export market. Deliveries of the company's products are made to Germany, Estonia, Israel, the USA, Canada, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Norway, the Czech Republic and a huge number of countries near and far abroad.

"Orimi-trade" today

Today "Orimi-trade" is a successful, actively developing international company, which occupies not just strong, but leading positions in the markets of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova.

According to preliminary estimates, the company's production facilities produce more than 85,000 tons of tea and coffee products per year. The Orimi factory is the largest high-tech enterprise in the industry in Eastern Europe.

Great attention is also paid to the development and implementation of advanced technologies. This is what makes Orimi-trade products one of the best on the market. Packaging of tea and coffee at the company's enterprises is carried out in special protected conditions, allowing the consumer to always receive a fresh product with excellent taste.

For the manufacture of tea and coffee, only the best high-quality raw materials from the plantations of India, Ceylon, China, Kenya, Indonesia and Vietnam are used. Coffee beans are shipped directly from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Ethiopia. Before getting to your table in the form of your favorite drink, all raw materials go through many stages of selection and certification so that the consumer can enjoy really high quality and wonderful aroma.

What tea to choose?

Among the many varieties of tea produced by Orimi Trade, it is very easy to get confused: black, green, red, herbal, with and without additives. And also a large sheet, a medium sheet, granules, packaged, but what is there just not there.

To bring some clarity to this infinite set, you can try to understand the example of the classics - the well-known "Princesses".

As we noted above, the first tea produced by the company is "Princess Kandy". This is a classic Ceylon tea, for more than twenty years the original "Kandy" has not changed much. Packaged options with the addition of fruit and berry options have been added to the collection. Also in the series there is the mysterious "Earl Grey" - this name, or the more adapted "Earl Grey", is used to call varieties of tea with the addition of bergamot aroma. The tea bears its name thanks to the Prime Minister of the British Empire, Earl Charles Gray, to whom some attribute the introduction of a new unusual tea into everyday life.

  • Princess Nouri.

This brand is a logical continuation of the previous one. Released a year after Kandy, Princess Noori takes all the best and goes even further to suit the tastes of sophisticated tea drinkers as much as possible. The collection contains varieties of tea from different parts of the world, as well as flavored options. It is the pride of the company and the favorite brand of millions of consumers.

After Ceylon, "Orimi" directed their eyes to India - a country full of mysteries and refined aromas. Thus the trademark "Princess Gita" was born. Indian tea with its tart taste also has a lot of fans. Subsequently, a flavored line was added to the series.

This "Princess" is a compliment from "Orimi-trade" to lovers of green tea. It is thanks to "Princess Java" that green tea has become available to a wide range of consumers. Green tea "Princess Java" comes from China, Vietnam and even Indonesia. The collection of green teas also includes fruit varieties for every taste. Also noteworthy is the red hibiscus hibiscus hibiscus drink, a collection of herbal teas and the South African ethnic drink mate. All this you will find in "Princess Java".

All "Princesses" are produced in the most various options: this is a large sheet, and a medium sheet, and granules, and packaged options. A separate achievement of "Orimi-trade" is the launch of a line for the production of leaf tea in pyramid bags. When choosing tea, any connoisseur will tell you: "The larger, the better." You can really enjoy the full image of the taste and aroma of tea with large-leaf varieties. But a small leaf is a faster and easier brewing. Tea bags are fast and convenient, but the quality tends to suffer. Pyramid bags produced by Orimi Trade are a step towards combining the quality of loose tea and the convenience of tea bags.

Products of the company "Orimi-trade" is the winner of a huge number of nominations and awards. For just a few recent years a number of the company's trademarks have been repeatedly recognized as the "Product of the Year" in Russian Federation. The list of awards and achievements of "Orimi" can be listed for a long time, but the main achievement is the recognition of consumers. The statistics speak for themselves: today, every 3rd cup of tea drunk in Russia is produced by Orimi Trade.

The company's management does not stand still, their plans include the development of more and more new horizons, expanding the geography and range of the company, introducing new equipment and technologies. Of course, for more than 20 years of its existence, "Orimi-trade" has changed dramatically. But one thing has remained unchanged: as in the distant 1994, today the company is doing everything possible so that you can pass the time with pleasure with your family or friends over a cup of hot aromatic tea, and in the morning cheer up and cheer yourself up with a cup of invigorating coffee. After all, the main thing is always inside: like twenty years ago, today Orimi-trade is, first of all, a large and Friendly family, a family of princesses.

Company " Orimi Trade"is one of the leaders of the Russian tea market, and now it is quite confidently starting to occupy its niche in the coffee market.

The founders of the company Alexander Evnevich and Sergey Kasyanenko, who had previously been successfully selling food products (flour, stew and sugar), in 1994 entered the tea market with the same confidence.

Already in 2000, the Nevskiye Porogi tea-packing factory was launched in the Leningrad Region, producing products under its own trademarks: Princess Kandy, Princess Gita, Princess Nuri, Princess Java.

According to data obtained by independent studies, one third of the tea consumed in Russia falls on these brands.

This is facilitated by the company's desire to produce high-quality tea while maintaining low prices.

How successful this is, apparently, can be judged by consumer demand. In the segment of inexpensive tea, Orimi Trade is a clear leader.

Princess Noori

It's a pretty big series. various kinds tea, which is based on large and medium leaf Ceylon tea, in pure form or with the addition of Indian and Kenyan. Presented in loose, granulated and packaged form. This also includes flavored black teas.

Princess Kandy

Another trademark of the Orimi Trade company.

This series is based on inexpensive strong Ceylon tea. In loose form - only one type, which is a blend of medium-leaf and small-leaf Ceylon tea. In bags - the same black tea with and without labels, and several types of flavored.

Princess Gita

Leaf or granulated Indian tea, almost instantly brewed, has a strong rich taste, well tones. It is produced both loose and packaged. In bags, in turn, pure black tea and black flavored.

Princess Java

The series is represented by green teas from China, Indonesia, Vietnam, as well as hibiscus and mate. All of these species are available in pure form and flavored.

In addition to officially announced brands, there are teas produced under the control of "Orimi Trade" for the "Greenfield" company. I found out about this quite by accident, having bought a package that disappointed me.

I want to write a positive review about the work of the company. In general, I am an avid freelancer - I have been working for myself for two years now. Freelancing brings little money, and in the summer, when it's off season, it's a nightmare. Yes, and public opinion is such that if you are a freelancer, then you are a lazy person. This, of course, is not so from the word "absolutely". But it seems that all these little things of public disapproval and harsh material conditions pulled me to try to get a stationary job again :). By specialty (marketing), I despaired of looking for a normal job for a long time, so I turned my attention to merchandising. And so, I was lucky, I visited only two employers, and in Orimi I was hired. I was trained for two (or even three, I don’t remember) weeks. They got a job almost immediately, and later paid for the internship. I think that this is a huge plus for the company, because, frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised or even offended if I didn’t receive money from the company at all - because I worked as an independent person for only three or four days. Everything was very correct, calm and honest. I'll tell you a little about my impressions about the work itself as a merchandiser :). It turned out that merchandising is a hell of a perfectionist :) Perhaps, the advantage of freelancing is that you finish work only when you are sure that you have done, if not super-well, then at least a solid four of your work. In merchandising, this is an unattainable distance :) Here you have an instruction, now you already imagine how everything should be and are preparing to work hard for glory. So you come to the warehouse and realize that most of the necessary goods are not available (in general, it’s a disaster when this is a promotional product). Here you start to pack, leaving time in your mind to fill out the documentation and make price tags. But by the middle of the workflow comes the understanding that you do not have time to do anything - even just pull the goods forward. And if it comes to making price tags or some other garbage that depends on the employees of a particular store who sit here all day and they don’t care that you still need to be in time for three points, then that’s it - write wasted. Price tags had to do for half an hour. And once I spent 40 minutes looking for an administrator to get a signature on my piece of paper that I was in this store today. Among other things, you are constantly distracted by calls and text messages from the management team: you need to check this and that, take a picture of this and that ... And once a week, in general, a meeting at 17. 00 - this means that you need to finish the work two hours earlier in order to have time to get to the meeting place. As a result, you come home at nine in the evening and understand that you have not done the work in any store as it should be, even for this solid four. And even if you work three times faster, the result will still be average. As for the layout itself, everything is pretty funny here, because the process defies logic: here you have a planogram from the company, and here is an internal planogram, which, by the way, is not on any piece of paper, but they explain to you that it should be like this and all. Okay. And here are other merchandisers. You can find out that someone has a shelf paid for only by rumors - they say, you don’t move them, they have paid. The administration of the store does not provide such information. And interestingly, the enemy is not in people, but in the system. Once I came to one of my outlets, and there an employee of the trading floor, the head of the department, rearranges the tea. Well, we got to know her. She has a task - to rearrange it in a certain way. My task is to make sure that everything is as planned as possible. And now the two of you are sitting and sticking into this piece of paper in order to understand how best to put it all together. IMHO, such work should be carried out in the office, at the computer, where you can rearrange everything back and forth and find the best solution. As for stress, I personally experienced the main stress precisely from the fact that I did not have time to cope with work, but otherwise, people are quite friendly almost everywhere, many are ready to help. Of course, there are also inadequate persons, but for the most part, everyone who met me during my short period of work was friendly. The loader at the warehouse in Gigant was smiling all the way and giving me compliments, lowering the pallet for me :) In general, if you do not suffer from perfectionism and you are fast like Flash, then this job is for you! :)

Orimi Trade was founded in 1994 and quickly achieved success: creating its own brands, constantly striving for top quality tea while maintaining affordable prices, justified themselves.

In 2000, the Nevskie Porogi tea-packing factory was built and put into operation in the Leningrad Region, equipped with the most modern imported equipment. The presence of its own production allows "Orimi Trade" to ensure constant quality control of tea products at all stages of its production, and to carry out stable supplies of a wide range of tea and coffee products to all corners of Russia and neighboring countries.

"Orimi Trade" is a confident leader in the Russian tea market. The geography of tea deliveries includes Ceylon, India, China, Indonesia, Kenya and Vietnam. According to independent studies on trade marks"Princess Noori", "Princess Java" "Princess Gita" and "Princess Kandy" account for about 30% of consumer demand. This means that every third cup of tea drunk in Russia is produced by Orimi Trade.

The logical development for "Orimi Trade" was the entry into the market of the second most popular hot drink - coffee. In 1999, natural coffee was released under the JOCKEY brand. Later, other trademarks joined "Jockey" - "Regal", "Magic Plantation" and "Monsignor".

Since 2001, the plant "Orimi Trade" has been equipped with last word equipment workshop for the processing of green coffee beans, their roasting, grinding and packaging of finished coffee products in vacuum packaging. A new shop for packing instant coffee in cans and glass jars is being prepared for commissioning.

"Jockey" occupies about 30% of the consumer market of natural roasted coffee in Russia. To create a wide palette of coffee flavors "Orimi Trade" buys green coffee beans in 15 countries, the main of which are Brazil, Bolivia, India, Indonesia and Colombia.

Production

The company produces tea and coffee under the brands Greenfield, Princess Noori, Princess Java, Princess Gita, Princess Kandy, Jockey, Regal, Magic Plantation and Monseigneur.

tea production

But what do they do at the factory with tea? First of all, it is cleaned - a complex multi-stage filtration system ensures that only selected tea leaves and nothing extraneous will get further into processing - and then to the table with you and me.

Then the tea is blended - or mixed. This is done in order to create tea with the optimal ratio of taste, aroma, strength and color of the infusion. And besides, the harvest on tea plantations changes throughout the year, and in order to ensure that when brewing our favorite tea, we always get the same taste, each time we mix several - sometimes up to ten - varieties of tea from different plantations and collected in different time of the year.

All these operations at the Orimi Trade factory are fully mechanized. "Smart" machines accurately perform and automatically control each operation and the entire process. Thanks to the modern equipment of the factory, "Orimi Trade" can quickly respond to changes in consumer demand, develop its product range and guarantee consumers great quality tea, and first of all - its freshness.

Coffee production

Factory processing of coffee consists of roasting beans, blending - that is, composing a mixture of several varieties to obtain the desired taste, grinding - if ground coffee is needed, and packaging. The taste and aroma of the coffee drink depends on the correct performance of each of these operations: under-roasted coffee will turn out to be sour, over-roasted coffee will be bitter, coffee that is too fine or too coarse will be unpredictable in brewing. It must be taken into account that each type of coffee requires its own special roasting conditions. Sometimes even a temperature change of 2-3 degrees can spoil the coffee. At the Orimi Trade factory, such accidents are excluded - all processes are controlled by computers. Of course, an experienced roaster is constantly watching what is happening, but the computer has full control over all processes. Experts say that the combination of "smart" technology and an experienced person gives excellent results: coffee from "Orimi Trade" always has a rich aroma and pleasant taste - thanks to the correct roasting and grinding. A special role is played here by the packaging, which helps to preserve the freshness of the coffee.
