  • Chicken meat (fillet) - 250 gr
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 80 gr
  • Dry rice - 50 gr
  • Small onion - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise (preferably homemade) - 120 gr
  • Natural yogurt without additives - 120 gr

Cooking:

Boil the squid in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then we fill cold water and under the stream it is easy to clean them from films and all that is superfluous. Let cool and cut into strips.

Boiled squids are convenient to freeze and store in the refrigerator, so that later you can make salads in haste.

To boil chicken breast- Boil water, salt. And only put the breast in boiling water, then it will remain juicy inside. Boil until cooked, cool and also cut into small pieces.

Chop up the onion. If the onion is too wicked, soak it in boiling water for a few minutes. We don't want it to be too active in the salad. Because this salad is tenderness itself and there should not be sharp tastes in it.

Boil rice until tender and set aside.

  • Water 1 liter
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Wine vinegar (lemon juice) - 50 ml
  • Parsley
  • Sugar 1/3 tsp
  • Spices for fish 1/2 tsp
  • A mixture of peppercorns - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Laurel fox 1-2 pcs
  • Sugar - a pinch.
  • Salt, black pepper - to taste

Cooking:

We prepare a special brine for squids.

Bring a liter of water to a boil, add spices for fish, salt to taste, add peppercorns and bay leaf.

Let it boil for 2 minutes, after which we lower the well-peeled squid into the boiling brine. Squids boil for 15 seconds, no more.

Then they retain their delicate texture.
